A site, commonly associated with one or more buildings, where manufacturing or operational activities are undertaken. Examples include factory, offices, water treatment plant and mining operation. Waterplan prefers to use the more general term Site for our customer locations, which can include farms or other entities not included within the definition of ‘facility.
