To determine the rankings of different basins, we assess the historical hydrologic conditions from 1988 to 2017 (referred to as the baseline). Additionally, we analyze both the historical trends (from 1988 to 2023) and recent trends (from 2018 to 2023) in these water conditions, which indicates the direction of change in these conditions.
