Waterplan’s Risk Framework 2.0 introduces a new module called Level 1 (L1) Risk Assessment module. This module is intended for comparing different basins or portfolios of basins to understand which basins or portfolios need to be prioritized based on historically average hydrologic conditions and the direction of change, both scored based on the globally comparable thresholds.
